Students and staff of Ingleby Manor Free School & Sixth Form are celebrating today after receiving another fantastic set of GCSE results.

We would like to thank the staff, parents, SAB, directors and trust colleagues who continue to go above and beyond on a daily basis for our young people.

In English (best of language or literature), 96% of students achieved a grade 4 or above, 89% achieved a grade 5 strong pass or above and 41% achieved a grade 7 or above.

In mathematics, 84% of students achieved a grade 4 or above, 66% achieved a grade 5 strong pass or above and 15% achieved a grade 7 or above.

In the important ‘cross over measure’ of students achieve either grade 4 passes or grade 5 strong passes in English and mathematics,  84% of our student gained a grade 4 in both mathematics and English and 63% achieved a grade 5 strong pass or above in both subjects.   This is an improvement on the 2023 results and a new record for the school.

 We are absolutely delighted with these results which reflect the hard work put in by both students and staff.  They are an indication of the strong teaching and individual support we provide for our students.
