Fruit SconesAt Ingleby Manor Free School we pride ourselves on having a fantastic catering partner who will not only create healthy, locally sourced quality meals for our students on site, but is also willing to share their knowledge and expertise in catering classes.

Ray Wade, our catering partner, has a successful business which provides freshly cooked food with flair. At Ingleby Manor Free School we feel that it is important that our students can appreciate the value of using fresh, organic locally sourced produce; for example our organic eggs are supplied by Phillip Twizell of West Newbiggin Farm.

Our school chef Jemma instructs our students in catering lessons, in our fully equipped catering classroom next to the school kitchen. This gives our students the opportunity to learn essential culinary skills, as well as an understanding of how to plan and prepare healthy meals.
